Entigrity was founded as an offshore accounting staffing company primarily serving US CPA firms. In recent years it rebranded as MYCPE One and expanded its offering to include continuing professional education (CPE) courses, firm-level marketing tools, content libraries, and membership community services. The result is a bundled offering where offshore staffing is one component of a broader firm-support package.
The bundled model has legitimate advantages for certain firms:
Small-to-mid CPA firms (5–50 people) that want to consolidate vendor relationships, are already buying CPE from somewhere, and appreciate the community/content layer of firm practice management. If these elements resonate with you, MYCPE One is worth evaluating.
Our model is purely offshore staffing – we don't sell CPE, we don't sell marketing tools, we don't run firm community events. Three reasons why this might matter for your firm:
Bundled offerings can obscure what you're actually paying for the offshore staffing component. When CPE + marketing + community + staffing are bundled, it's hard to benchmark the staffing cost against pure-staffing providers. A pure-play offshore staffing provider has one job: staff offshore accountants well. A multi-product vendor has multiple jobs, which means their attention and capital is divided. We're not saying MYCPE One's staffing is bad – but a firm whose business model is 100% offshore staffing is structurally more focused on that one thing.
If MYCPE One's CPE offering doesn't match your firm's preferences, or their marketing tools don't fit your practice, or the community isn't valuable to you, you're still paying for all of it as part of the package. Unbundled engagements let you buy staffing from us, CPE from wherever's best for your firm (AICPA, Surgent, BDO, PICPA, NASBA-certified independents), marketing tools from whoever fits, and so on. Best-of-breed for each component.

MYCPE One's bundle works for firms whose needs happen to match the bundle. Firms that already have CPE, don't need the marketing tools, and aren't shopping for community are paying for features they don't use. For those firms, unbundled pure-play staffing typically delivers better value. For firms that genuinely want the one-vendor convenience and value the full bundle, MYCPE One is a reasonable choice.
